When the property became vacant it was decided that Norlands was in need of modernisation and refurbishment. Now, thanks to the wonderful work by Michelle, our Estate Manager, the Overbury Team, and Nick Phillips, from the Coombs Group Norlands has been given a new lease of life. We have managed to blend modern living while keeping traditional features to make this a spectacular but practical renovation.
On Monday 29th May we held an Open Day so local residents could come and have a look at what had been done. A total of 40 people came to the Open Day and all were very impressed with the quality and style of the work.
A lovely new family has now taken over the tenancy and are already working wonders in the garden. We send them a very warm welcome from all of us here at Overbury and wish them every happiness at Norlands.
