Our building and maintenance team has an vacancy for an maintenance operative. This is a new role and offers the opportunity for a self-starter to join the existing team to lead on the hands on repairs on site and diagnosing of larger problems. This role will suit someone who has a wide range of skills including but not limited to; - site carpentry, basic plumbing, decorating and other basic remedial works following repairs.
