Following our blog on 22nd May, we are delighted to announce that planning consent has been granted for the refurbishment of Manor Farmhouse into a Holiday Property.
The idea is to renovate the run-down Farmhouse and create a stunning holiday property which people can use for short breaks, business trips or as a base to stay for many of the local festivals around this area, from racing to jazz.
Work on this exciting project is due to start in the near future, with the aim of being open for business this time next year.
We are now applying for Building Regulations and hope that work will start shortly after that.
We will, of course, keep local residents informed of the work progress and we look forward to working side by side with the wonderful community in Conderton to ensure that this project runs as smoothly as possible.
