Have you ever wondered how we farm at Overbury? Farm manager Jake Freestone and his team have won several awards for regenerative farming methods and work hard to farm in harmony with wildlife whilst growing sustainable, quality crops.
Come and join us on a walk on Open Farm Sunday to look at farmland birds, grassland flowers, spring malting barley and then back to the grain store to learn about some of our machinery.
The walks depart from the grain store in Crashmore Lane, Overbury https://w3w.co/reshaping.bucks.graced at 8am and 10am. You must book on to your chosen walk in advance as numbers are limited.
The walk will be approximately 1.6km long and will be over rough ground so walking shoes or wellies would be advisable. The walk is unsuitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs. Children are welcome if they are able to walk 1.6km.
To book your free place, please call the estate office 01386 725111 or email [email protected].
Please note, due to number restrictions, we are only able to offer a maximum of four places per person. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. If you are subsequently unable to attend, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can reallocate your place. Thank you.
