This is going to be the cosy Sitting Room.
This will be one of the top floor bedrooms.
There will be a lovely freestanding bath in front of this window so our lucky guests can lie back and look at this view!
You can see from the pictures there is quite a lot of work to do to achieve ‘luxury’ and we will be showing you updates as the work progresses.
The team have already started putting up the studwork in the rooms to create en-suites for the bedrooms, a family bathroom and a handy boot room.
The garden is currently a blank canvas, save for the weeds and nettles. It will be landscaped and we will be planting some interesting fruit trees and a herb garden. We also have permission to erect an extension which will house a fantastic, large dining room, linking the house with the garden.
