Open Farm Sunday (Overbury Farms)

Bookings for Overbury Open Farm Sunday have been very strong to date. Please call the Estate Office on 01386 725111 to be shore of booking your place.

On Sunday 17th June farms across the country will be welcoming the public as LEAF coordinates a National Farm Open Day.

Jake Freestone, Farm Manager, and Penelope Bossom, Owner of Overbury Farms, will be conducting tours, giving you an opportunity to gain considerable insight into the management of the farm as you tour around the beautiful Bredon Hill.

Tours will leave from The Close, the field opposite the Village Hall, in the centre of Overbury, and will take in various aspects of the farm and the stunning views. There will an opportunity to talk about the woodland and parkland management, wildlife and the sheep flock.

This year, visitors will be able to take part in a pollinator survey, results from which will be collated nationally to give a clear picture of how well these vital insects are doing.

We expect that the tour will take approximately 1h 30mins.
